THE BUZZ: Apple CEO Steve Jobs is likely to show off a new version of the iPhone during an annual software developers conference that opens Monday in San Francisco.
THE BACKGROUND: Apple won’t say what it plans to unveil, but tech blog Gizmodo published details of an iPhone prototype lost by an Apple engineer in a bar.
THE FEATURES: If the new iPhone is like the prototype, it will have a clearer display, longer battery life and a front-facing camera.
