Jacobs Engineering subsidiary gets $241 million contact for warfare training equipment

Jacobs Engineering gets $241M contract
PASADENA, Calif. — Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. said Tuesday that it received a Navy contract worth potentially $241 million for work on warfare training equipment.
The contract is through the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division’s Combat Environment Simulation division based in China Lake, Calif. Jacobs will provide network-centric training equipment and software for the unit.
Shares of Jacobs rose 17 cents to $38.71 in morning trading Tuesday.
