Smart Modular Technologies director C.S. Park to step down in July

Smart Modular Technologies board member to resign

NEWARK, Calif. — Smart Modular Technologies Inc., which makes computer memory products, said Thursday that C.S. Park resigned from its board, effective July 29.

Park has served on the company’s board since 2004. The company did not disclose a reason for his departure nor say whether he will be replaced.
