JPMorgan upgraded the hospital operator, citing anticipated benefits from health care reform that will expand insurance coverage.
DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc., down $3.82 at $31.05
The latest “Shrek” movie, “Shrek Forever After,” earned less in its opening weekend than previous sequels.
Sprint Nextel Corp., up 38 cents at $4.79
Goldman Sachs raised its rating on the stock to “buy,” saying the wireless carrier is doing a better job of retaining and attracturing customers.
Cooper Companies Inc., up 95 cents at $35.80
The company said its vision unit signed a deal with the U.S. Army and an analyst upgraded the stock.

Javelin Pharmaceuticals Inc., down 54 cents at $1.26
The drugmaker’s licensee for its pain treatment Dyloject has withdrawn the drug from the U.K. after finding a foreign matter in some vials.
Longtop Financial Technologies Limited, up $3.51 at $34.55
The Chinese financial software developer posted adjusted earnings per share and revenue that beat analyst expectations.
