NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — Microsoft is adding several features with a new design for the gamers at Xbox.com. Social Network integration has been taken a step forward with the option to create an avatar for yourself. It does not end here. The latest and hottest Windows Phone 7 integration is also being added along with playable web games.
The core features will be left untouched but an unified inbox for messages is on the way. You can find your messages, game requests and friend requests there. Your Avatar also gets the option to have new clothes brought from the marketplace at the website. Parental controls was a long awaited feature which will be added in this update. The new “Family Reports” system will let you “understand what your family is doing and how they are using Live”, according to Xbox Live Blog.
Apart from all this the most astonishing addition has been the cross platform support between Xbox, Windows Phone 7 and web users. We think that these new features will be a big hit and has a good way to roll in future. Let us know your thoughts.
