Bill Gates Support for “Intelligent Design” Think Tank

According to Salon Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has pledged more than 10 million in past 5 years to the Discovery Institute, the Seattle think tank that is leading the charge to bring “intelligent design” to the masses.

I can see three possibilities.
1. They are so flush with money that they will donate to anything and anywhere. If that is the case may I sugest I could use few millions to promote Intelligence and campaign against the monstrous stupidity called “Intelligent Design”. In fact funding the cult of noodly appendage might not be such a bad idea in comparison.

2. It was an honest oversight. I seriously doubt that.

3. The most alarming thought is that they actually support “Intelligent Design”.

I really hope, at least for the sake of thousands of egoists at Microsoft, that Mr. Gates hasn’t sunk this low.
