CDC Software completes investment in Marketbright
ATLANTA — CDC Software Corp. said Monday that it has completed its investment in Marketbright, which provides software services to corporations.
CDC Software did not say how much it had invested.
Marketbright provides software on demand by running and storing applications on its servers for use by corporate clients. CDC has a marketing agreement with Marketbright under which the two companies will cross-sell each other’s products and services.
Marketbright’s investors include Greycroft Partners, a venture capital firm, and Knight’s Bridge Capital Partners, a private equity fund.
CDC Software is controlled by CDC Corp., a business software maker based in Hong Kong.
