SEATTLE — In a story June 16 about a Defense Department contract given to United Technologies Corp. subsidiary Sikorsky Aircraft for work on a U.S. Marine Corps executive transport helicopter, The Associated Press reported erroneously the value of the contract.

The contract is worth $8.4 million, not $8.4 billion.
