Google Chrome’s Second Birthday Celebrated with New Releases

Two years have silently passed away since Google launched its Chrome web browser into the world of internet. Today is the day for celebration as Chrome completed two years of its journey. To mark this very day, Google has released new versions of Chrome browser that is believed to invoke faster speeds and simpler interface for it.
In the rapidly increasing competition with Mozilla, Opera and other web browsers, Google Chrome needs to be revamped with added features and innovations. So, this updated versions are expected to fulfill the ever growing demands of the Google Chrome users.
Google claims that the new versions of Chrome is aims at three main factors — Simplified interface, Automatic Form Filler and a Color Scheme that will be soothing to the eyes of the users.
Moreover, Google added that faster speed will be one of the key features of Chrome 6.0. The new version is geared up with six times faster speed than the first version, that was debuted on September 2, 2008.
Besides, Chrome 6.0 will appear with an all together new get ups. User will get to see a few less number of menus as some menus have been combined with the others. For eg, the Bookmark menu has been shifted to the right, next to the lone menu. However, the address bar has been made a bit shorter by not showing the ‘http’ prefix.
Along with stability, faster performance and improved autofill, Chrome has been beefed up with HTML 5 support, auto-translate and improvised syncing remotely with users’ several installs. For the Linux and Mac OS users, the good news is that Chrome 6.0 will be providing support to both of them.
Google Chrome, which currently enjoys third position with 7.52 percent market share can expect a long leap with the release of Chrome 6.0.
