How To Access My Site Using IP Address

I had few reports of inability to access my blog with its url https://blog.taragana.com/ because the ISP’s DNS service isn’t resolving properly. I have checked, double-checked and triple-checked my DNS and everythings looks fine. However there is an alternative way to access my site - using IP address. The alternative URL is https://72.36.134.171/
If you ever find yourself unable to access this site please let me know. Also please use the IP address provided above. All my url’s will work when blog.taragana.com is substituted with 72.36.134.171 even if your DNS is not resolving. However I would appreciate if you would let me know about your ISP, if you are unable to access this site at any time. You can also email me directly - [angsuman[at]taragana[dot]com]

If you’re having trouble accessing Angsuman’s sites, you might want to try OpenDNS. I have had absolutely no trouble with domain name resolutions since switching to them from my ISP’s DNS servers almost a year ago. |
