Look What Akismet Approved Today aka Spams Which Fools Akismet

Akismet continues to get in spams approved these days while sometimes rejecting valid comments on my blog. To give you a small sample, here are some of the comments which passed through Akismet plugin today -

Note that all the spams which got through mangled the original keywords. Such spams are designed to get through blacklists as well as most naive bayesian filters. Akismet doesn’t say what technologies it uses but it is obvious that it is a combination of techniques which includes at least blacklists.

The other interesting thing to note is that all these three comments are from Chinese domains.
