LONDON - Pakistan’s reserve wicketkeeper Zulqarnain Haider has escaped punishment despite revealing details of his fitness problems on social networking site Facebook.

Haider wrote on his profile page that he had hurt himself during practice and was in pain.

However, when contacted, he denied that he had seriously injured his finger.

“It was a minor thing and I am fit now and if I get a chance to play in the second Test I will definitely grab the chance happily,” The Daily Times quoted Haider, as saying.

Haider said he had been constantly training with the Pakistan team on tour and was ready for the big test.

“I am 100 per cent fit and not injured. I can play whenever they call me up,” he added.

Meanwhile, Pakistan team’s assistant manager Shafqat Rana said that Haider should have been more careful.

“Anyone is free to have his account on facebook and we can’t stop that. But definitely players who have facebook accounts must realise that they should avoid writing on team matters or such issues that affect the team,” Rana said.

He, however, ruled out any disciplinary action against Haider. (ANI)

Excellent topics. I really like this. I found this online that, Personal Trainer in Diamond Bar gets local city residents into amazing shape with intense personal fitness training workouts. Gets you in shape physically, as well as emotionally and spiritually. If you live in Diamond Bar and work out in the gym, you probably miss the most important benefit if you don’t have a personal trainer.
