PayPal Site Down?

I am unable to login to PayPal this morning (evening my time). On proper login it gives the message:
We are unable to complete your request at this time. Please click Retry or try again later. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Message 3004
Have you seen this? Any idea what can cause this?
Update: It is back up.

Paypal is a billion dollar company with a 10 dollar site and servers. An absolute joke of a company that is not reliable at all. I wish MS or Google would get into this business and let someone that knows that they are doing in this industry so we can get some reliability. I have lost thousands in sales from this joke of a company. I don’t know how they stay in business with their constant down time, poor customer service, and really old fashioned poorly designed website. It is astonishing to me. |

Paypal is always down ! it just work between 2 or 3 AM , it pisses me off ! We pay alot of paypal tax and they don’t give us satisfaction |
