XnView: Cross Platform Graphic File Viewer & Converter (400 Graphic File Formats Supported)

XnView is an cross-platform utility for viewing and converting graphic files. It can import about 400 graphic files format and export about 50 graphic file format. It is a must have for viewing graphic files, fax documents etc. from various platform.
XnView works on Windows, MacOS X, Linux x86, Linux ppc, FreeBSD x86, OpenBSD x86, NetBSD x86, Solaris sparc, Solaris x86, Irix mips, HP-UX and AIX.
It supports multipage TIFF, multipage DCX, multipage LDF, animated GIF and animated ICO file formats too.It supports IPTC, EXIF metadata support along with EXIF auto rotation support and IPTC editing. It supports tons of filters, effects, lossless rotation and more. In short it is a must-have tool for any graphics / image enthusiast, especially for its support of wide range of file formats. It has a no-frills but quite adequate user interface. And its free.
For Red Hat Linux and Fedora (rpm based systems) you should download the rpm.
Note: I used it to print couple of dcx files (fax file format) and it worked perfectly.
