300 Million Apps Downloaded from Apple Store. How Many do You Have?

Everyone was aware of Apple being one of the front runners in mobile phone industry, but no one could have guessed the acceleration with which it is turning the heat. The recent news is Apple has touched a ginormous 300Million apps download from their app stores.

The analysts estimate that Apple had touched  the first 100 million downloads in 2 months and then, it took them 43 days each to touch the same. Though the curve looks a bit flat now, any one from mobile industry will take it with both hands.

There are 25 million iPhones and iPod touches in the market now. So, in an average, 12-13 apps per device is much higher than any other mobile phone manufacturer can dream of at this moment.
