Applying GA to Open Source Product categorization, specifically 100+ CMS solutions?

I was reading https://jroller.com/page/mlconnor/20050129#genetic_algorithms_routing, which talks about using GA for choosing between algorithms.
Wondering if we could develop a GA based program to run 100+ Open Source CMS systems through paces and picks the best one, based on our provided criteria.
Wouldn’t that be a cool thought?
As it stands I am confused on which one to pick between Mambo, e107, WebGui and Magnolia (which someone wants to push down my throat).
I would rather ditch all of them if I could get a decent CMS Portlet Container. Maybe I will just go with eXo.
The problem with the java based CMS solutions are that they normally lack nice pre-packaged modules like Survey, Product Mgmt etc.
BTW: Mambo help documents s%$^s! Please read them if you want to learn how not to write help documents. The only thing it does is repeat how easy it is to use on and on and on, without informing how to use the d&^%$n product. Despite it apparent look of simplicity, I can assure you that it works pretty unintuitively.
Anyone with real experience on eXo?
