Imagine a pickpocket leaving a note in the pocket they have picked informing the victim that they are very sorry about picking their pocket and what he can do to rectify the situation.

Neil found ethical spammers in his wiki (read about wiki spamming) who left a note after they spammed:

< !– We leave content intact . We allow you to easily remove the additions . –>
< !– We respect your pages and appologize for the spam . –>
< !– We are the Ethical Spammers group .
(this is an oximoron - two terms that are put together but are opposed meaning) . –>

Not only are they apologetic, they also have good command of english!

I wonder if spamming is going mainstream. Soon we may even see colleges offering course on ethical spamming.
