Frida Kahlo Biography: Google Doodle on Frida Kahlo

Google once again gives an instance of being giant, not only as a search engine, but also in its way to honoring great people. Today Google is paying tribute to Maxican painter Frida Kahlo. Google is using a special doodle on its home page to celebrate the birthday of Frida Kahlo, today.

Frida Kahlo was born on July 6, 1907. She was famous for her “pain and passion” filled painting. She kept her distinct mark in those painting, which used vibrant colors. Kahlo’s art, influenced by Mexican and European culture, earned her immense fame. Most of her works were self-portraits.

Kahlo was married to Mexican muralist and communist Diego Rivera. She died on July 13, 1954, at the age of 47 years only.

Thanks Google for remembering us the brilliant work of Frida Kahlo. We hope you’ll continue with such good works in future.
