Google Adds AdWords to AdSense Referral Program

Google added a new product to their referrals feature - Google AdWords.
You will earn $20 when an advertiser you refer spends at least $100 within 90 days of signing up.
What I don’t like about this is lack of continuous revenue stream for publishers. If a customer we refer to Google spends millions over AdWords, we still earn a measly $20. I think Google should devise a better revenue structure for both AdWords and AdSense referrals.
Also 90 days is a bit too short period in my opinion.
At present AdSense and AdWords referral program provide very little incentive to publishers in comparison to what Google can make / makes out of these referrals.

I never used the Adwords referral, since my Adsense referrals were useless. Does anyone have successs with this? |
