Tata Indicom Broadband 1 Mbps Unlimited Broadband Experience
By Angsuman Chakraborty, Gaea News NetworkSunday, September 2, 2007
I changed my Tata Indicom Broadband plan to 1 Mbps Unlimited starting from this month. My experiences in brief…
I am pleasantly surprised to find the sustained download bandwidth of 1.6 Mbps for last 6-7 hours. Nice bonus, eh? I am using it to download Fedora 7 DVD now. I had heard lots of bad reviews about Tata Indicom on the web. Fortunately for me, I have nothing to complain yet. The only time I required their customer service, it was responsive and helpful. After BSNL Broadband my expectation have been so far lowered that any half-decent customer service looks heavenly in comparison.

Thank you i found your reviews very informative indeed. I’m also considering of going for the 1 Mbps Unlimited plan (Infinity 1 Mbps). But i would like to know what will the actual download/upload speeds be? eg: for a 256 kbps connection you get around 28-32 kbps speed and the upload depends on the ISP. |

In India I recommend Tata Indicom Broadband based on my experience. Others may disagree. |
