I have been an advocate of Salesforce for many years, being accustomed to it where I first started working. While its true that Salesforce is big on marketing management, I now prefer a reasonably priced CRM which I guarantee is more efficient in Customer Relationship Management. Web based CRM Worketc (https://www.worketc.com)has better features, you can automatically convert leads to quote, project, or invoice. Other outstanding features are client collaboration, unlimited sub projects, Gantt chart view, set alerts, time sheet & milestone billing. Though Salesforce maybe known as the industry giant, it might not be for long. Managers will always go for the most flexible and efficient. |

I’m looking for a good live support program that can integrate conversation tracking into Sales Force. It’s very important that we track all methods of client communication so we can devote the right amount of resources to land and close new business deals. I was looking through the directory at livechatindex.com and came across 2 potential options. Does anyone else have experience with this? |
