Apple Takes Over Wi-Gear Headphone Company?

NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — Apple has acquired Wi-Gear, a company that is specialized in wireless headphones. This acquisition of Apple sparks the speculation that the next generation iPhone will boast Bluetooth earphones.

Wi-Gear is a company, famous for making audio accessories. According to reports, next version of Apple iPhone as well as iPad will include a set of wireless stereo headphones.

Although the deal has not been made confirmed by either Apple or Wi-Gear, co-founder of Wi-Gear, now shows that he is a Bluetooth engineer at Apple on the company’s IOS platform.

Apple has already made a loads of Bluetooth accessories, including mice, trackpads and keyboards, but didn’t get much success. But if the acquisition of Wi-Gear is true, the company is going to get huge benefit in the competitive market, where it has to fight with Motorola and Plantronics.
