Self-Referential Tweet: Can you create a Tweet with link which points to the same tweet?

In Twitter you cannot change a tweet once it is posted. Only when you post a tweet you can get the unique link associated with the tweet. So how can you create a tweet which has a link which when clicked points back to the same tweet?
