When You Don’t Receive Your Translator Plugin…
By Angsuman Chakraborty, Gaea News NetworkTuesday, May 22, 2007
In very rare cases I have had complaints when our clients haven’t received their plugin within one business day. In all of them the problem was because my email containing the plugin was being flagged as spam by their email filters. So if you haven’t received your plugin in time please take the following steps:
1. Please white-list my email address - angsuman [at] taragana [dot] com
2. Please provide your alternative email addresses like those in GMail or Yahoo. Don’t provide hotmail as it often prevents attachments.
3. Please check your junk folder.
4. Please do let me know via our contact form along with additional email addresses.
I am much more eager than you are to send you the plugin in time. It really hurts me to see someone not receiving it in time in spite of our best efforts.
We are preparing to ship Translator Pro version 5.0 to our existing customer. I am into heavy documentation mode nowadays. So please excuse my sluggish responses.
BTW: I think Translator 5.0 will blow your hats off. In my humble opinion based on my significant experience with pro-blogging, Translator plugin is a must-required plugin for any WordPress based pro or semi pro bloggers. This is the best search engine recommended way to turbo-boost your website traffic, reach and consequently your revenue. With Translator 5.0 we have addressed all the issues related to translation engine failures and cache Check it in action in all of my blogs including Simple Thoughts.
Thanks.

I got distracted by a Flash outsourcing project. A Flash outsourcing project is like Flash Flood, it comes suddenly and sweeps everything away |
