My 5 AdSense Resolutions For 2008
By Angsuman Chakraborty, Gaea News NetworkMonday, January 7, 2008
In response to Google AdSense teams resolutions for us here are 5 AdSense resolutions I have taken for 2008 wrt. AdSense:
1. Get out of AdSense
AdSense is flaky. I want my business to minimally depend, if at all, upon Google AdSense. I have enough reasons for heartburns without adding AdSense to the mix.
2. Compare it with Yahoo Publisher Network for each site and each section with simple A/B testing and go with the winner.
Publishers support for AdSense must be reciprocated by AdSense. It can never be a one way street. Lately I am having that feeling.
3. Actively search for alternative AdSense type ads. I am already communicating with Vibrant Media.
4. Provide an option for visitors to enjoy ad-free site. More on it later.
5. Write more posts on AdSense experience (which may or may not be palatable to big G)
BTW: I didn’t like Google’s idea of telling us what our resolutions will be. This post is my simple way of telling Google so; be rest assured they will read it soon

Hi Angsuman, I’m looking forward to hearing how the results of your adsense resolutions have turned out. Please post links to related posts if you have already written about it. Thanks, |

Your blog does look great without all the ads ( I use opera’s ad block). |
