Neb. football players get iPads thanks to Suh
LINCOLN, Neb. — Ndamukong Suh’s $2 million donation to his alma mater comes with more than few apps for his former teammates.
Nebraska football players now have Apple iPads installed in their lockers.
Athletic director Tom Osborne said Friday that Suh asked for some of the money to be used for the iPads and to fix a cold-water tank. Suh was a star defensive lineman for Nebraska before he was picked by the Detroit Lions in April’s draft.
Osborne said Suh also asked for a running area in the weight room, but there won’t be space for that until some of the current equipment is moved away.
