Orkut Introduces Fully Integrated Chat Application

Now you can chat with your friends at orkut just as you do in Google Talk, but without logging into your G-talk account separately. Your orkut account gives you the facility to log in to your page and chat with friends in real time just as you will love to do in messengers.
Its been long since Orkut developers were requested to do something like this where the social networking lovers will not need two windows to swap between chatting and orkutting at the same time. And now it has finally come over.
The question is, will it affect your orkut page with hundreds of chat requests? No. Orkut has carefully managed to deal with your privacy and has given you all the options to chat with whom you will like.
Say if I have 100 friends in my list and I want to chat with my best friends (already tagged by you at orkut while accepting the friend’s request) only, then only your best friends will be able to chat with you at orkut, no luck for others.
If you are an Orkut lover, you must be loving this feature. Aren’t you?
Though its essentially a feature of Google Talk, the new application helps you to
- chat with your orkut friends in real time from directly within orkut
- control which of your orkut friends can chat with you
- chat with your Google Talk and Gmail chat contacts
- visit different orkut pages while keeping your chatboxes open

m not able to see chat box in my orkut profile…i have completed all the settings..but my profile shows an erro….that is We’re sorry, but orkut doesn’t support chat on your browser yet. Please check back soon for news. |

when i open mu orkut it show To protect yourself, always check that your address bar reads “https://www.google.com/accounts/…” when sharing your orkut user name and password. Never share your password with friends or on any site not authenticated by Google. |

how many time do i have 2 complain that i can, t sent scarp, s problem was fixed but now it start again then fix then start again please solve my problem one, s & for all. when i will b able 2 sent scarp, s? when i sent scarps error show Posting “to this user has been temporarily disabled. please solve my problem plz sole my problem then i will rate orkut full |

i want to add chat features to my orkut account but as your blog guide i follow the steps and when i reach to ‘chat tag’ click i found there are not my friend list but there is written something like ‘this feature is coming soon….’ |
